This policy explains what information Genesis Forge Studio ("we", "us") collects through genesisforgestudio.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the project form we receive your name, email, and anything else you choose to share: phone number, company, the kind of project, budget range and your message.
- Technical data. Your IP address and the language of the page you used, stored with your request to protect the form from abuse.
- Security checks. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Cloudflare processes limited technical signals for that check under its own privacy policy.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request, prepare a proposal and talk with you about your project.
- To keep the website and the form secure.
We never sell your information or share it for marketing. We share it only with the service providers that run this website (hosting, email and security), and only as far as they need it to do that work.
Cookies
We use one essential session cookie that keeps the form working and protects it from forgery. It is deleted when you close your browser. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep project requests for up to two years so we can follow up and refer back to earlier conversations. If you become a client, project records are kept for as long as the contract and the law require.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email info@genesisforgestudio.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, the admin area is protected by two-factor sign-in, and access to requests is limited to our team.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
